Avocado is my favorite fruit, I truly love it and  I can literally have it everyday with my quinoa, salads, veggie noodles, breakfast smoothie or simply on brown toast in the morning. Avocado is also called the alligator pear because it has a pear shape and its rid is very similar to the skin of an alligator. This amazing berry comes from Latin America and it was first brought to Europe from the Spanish “Coinquistadores”  !!!
