I love smoothies, especially for brekafast. I find it very satisfying yet fast and easy to prepare. Sometimes I even carry it on my way to the gym and have ita s a post-workout breakfast. This fresh and tasty smoothie is perfect to start a sunny and hot Summer day. I used to prepare it everyday when I was in California last year, my brothers simply loved it.

The perfect breakfast smoothie :
I love smoothies, I have mine everyday for breakfast with different fresh and organic ingredients. I personally think that fruits like banana or mango can really make your smoothies outragously delicious. Normally I also add some home made granola (the recipe will be posted soon) or some quinoa flakes. The recipe I’m sharing with you today is made with a spoon of spirulina powder, spirulina it’s a real superfood. It is naturally rich in protein : 60 grams of protein in 100 gr of Spirulina powder, more than half a pound of chicken breast!!! Spirulina also contains calcium, magnesium , potassium , vitamin B and iron.
