Fresh peas with mint:

For whoever loves nature, as much as I do, Spring is the most wonderful time of the year. Flowers are blooming, birds are singing more than ever and it’s finally strawberry season ! In this post I would like to share with you a recipe made with fresh peas and mint from my garden. I will also include a few pictures of the flower arrangements I did this month.

I spent the Christmas holidays in San Candido, a very cute and tiny mountain village located very near the border with Austria. I spent a very relaxing holiday, surrounded by nature: I went skiing with my family, walking with my two wonderful frenchies and had great time with my friends cooking and drinking good wine.

In September, I started posting on the blog again and I’ve told you I wanted this blog to be more about my passions, including flower arrangement and table setting.

Therefore, in this post I want to talk about how I do table setting and share with you a few pictures of tables and flower decorations that I did during the past three months. I have recently attended a flower design course in London and I have attached a few pictures of what we have created there ūüôā

Whenever I invite friends over for dinner I don’t want to prepare just ¬†vegan and super ¬†healthy meals, ¬†I try to always come up with new creative recipes for them. Most of my guests are not very ¬†into healthy eating so I avoid serving “boring” salads or vegan dishes. ¬†The recipe I’m sharing with you today is perfect as a delicious ¬†starter, maybe followed by my healthy lentil burgers.

Pre-workout Smoothie :

 

I really enjoy a good workout early in the morning. I usually go for a spin or pilates class or for a jog in the park, it makes me feel very good and energised for the entire day. In winter I normally prepare a good porridge before my workout but since the weather has been so nice I switch to fresh and easy smoothies. For this smoothie I added spinach as it is rich in iron, vitamin K, vitamin A, calcium and potassium. Spinach can really improve the quality of our blood and our vitality.
