In September, I started posting on the blog again and I’ve told you I wanted this blog to be more about my passions, including flower arrangement and table setting.
Therefore, in this post I want to talk about how I do table setting and share with you a few pictures of tables and flower decorations that I did during the past three months. I have recently attended a flower design course in London and I have attached a few pictures of what we have created there 🙂

Strawberry & Coconut Smoothie:
Now that I moved to California and I don’t have to fight the cold English weather anymore, I like to start my day with a fresh and nourishing smoothie. In my smoothies I try to combine different ingredients and I always make sure to add a good source of healthy fats like coconuot yogurt. For this smoothie I used frozen strawberries but you can use also fresh strawberries and add 2 ice cubes. Strawberries are naturally rich in nutrients, antioxidants and phytochemicals that may help the body to prevent the effects of ageing, diabetes and high blood pressure.

Sweet Potato Fritters :
Sweet potato is a very good source of carbohydrate, this recipe is a perfect and balanced lunch , remember that is better to have carbohydrate for lunch than for dinner, because it gives you a lot of immediate energy and it makes you feel good for the rest of the day. Sweet Potato is the root vegetable with the highest level of beta-Carotene and is super rich in antioxidants.

Broccoli and Pea Soup :
This soup is super healthy and nourishing. It is made of broccoli : super good source of vitamin C and fiber, and peas, which are an important source of protein. In the winter time, when outside is freezing, I love to have a warm and cozy soup.
