To celebrate International Hummus Day I decided to share with you one of my favourite recipe : my healthy hummus.I personally adore hummus because it is so tasty yet fast and easy to make. The best thing about this recipe is that you can keep it in the fridge for 4-5 days which makes it a perfect snack or light lunch. My hummus is mainly made of chickpeas which are really high in plant-based proteins, therefore this is a perfect dish for vegetarians or vegans. Chickpeas are also a good source of fiber, that can really improve the digestive system and can help the body to flush out the toxins.

Kale and AvoSalad
I will start by saying that I truly love kale, is when of my favorite recipe and it is super healthy, kale is in fact considered a super food. It contains many vitamin A, C and K and many minerals, such as : potassium, iron, manganese and phosphorus.
This salad is super fast and delicious, you can have it as a side or as main course if you want to have a lighter but still nutritious lunch.

Broccoli and Pea Soup :
This soup is super healthy and nourishing. It is made of broccoli : super good source of vitamin C and fiber, and peas, which are an important source of protein. In the winter time, when outside is freezing, I love to have a warm and cozy soup.
