Peach and Apricot Crumble :

Crumble is one of my favourite desserts, because it’s made of just a few healthy ingredients and it is super easy to prepare. I had my first peach crumble when I was a kid in a restaurant called Pinnacle Peak (California), and I felt in love with it. Unfortunately, in Europe you can only find very unhealthy crumbles made with white sugar and white flour. My version is made with simple and fresh ingredients that will nourish your body and make you feel satisfied.

Whenever I invite friends over for dinner I don’t want to prepare just  vegan and super  healthy meals,  I try to always come up with new creative recipes for them. Most of my guests are not very  into healthy eating so I avoid serving “boring” salads or vegan dishes.  The recipe I’m sharing with you today is perfect as a delicious  starter, maybe followed by my healthy lentil burgers.
