Salmon Burgers :
This is simply one of my favourite recipes. I normally prepare it when I have friends coming over for dinner and I want to serve something tasty, healthy and easy to prepare. I personally adore salmon, I don’t eat fish very often but when I do I always go for wild and organic options. Salmon is a very good source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids which can really help the body to balance insulin levels, and can really improve brain functions.
